Initially this probably would of been only 2 stars. BUT thanks to Charlotte, she has regained our trust within Jones and Chapman. Our house offer had been accepted in July, which completed in February. Whilst everything seemed like it was smooth untill DC LAW solicitors recommended by Jones and Chapman were AWFUL. Lucky they weren't our solicitors. Thankfully Charlotte took full reins to get the ball rolling, chasing them everyday and doing everything needed possible. Whilst still doing viewings. so we are grateful for her hard work that she has done for us. Overall: i would use them again but only in the hands of Charlotte - give that girl a raise, she went above and beyond for us to complete in time. Thank you Charlotte!!!!

As first time buyers we had pretty much no idea what was going on. We have several problems with our mortgage application (this was not through Jones and Chapman) and Charlotte from the Moreton branch has been really helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. I Would definitely return to use this branch and charlottes services. Ive always received quick and detailed responses from each query. Many thanks to the team.

I cannot recommend Leah Wilkinson highly enough for any of your mortgage needs. She secured my mortgage quickly and efficiently and went out of her way to make sure it was submitted in time before any interest rises came into effect. She has also liaised with my estate agent and other parties to help smooth my house sale. I would recommend Leah and Jones and Chapman without any hesitation! Thank you Leah!
