From initial engagement to get an estimate for my insurers to boking me in and progressing my vehicle the process was flawless and communication absolutely first rate.
MCR exceeded my expectation and completed the repairs earlier than anticipated so I got a very welcome call to pick up my car before I expected it.
The quality of the repairs are first rate and probably better panel alignment than when it left the factory.
Although nobody want to get their car repaired the service from the team was outstanding and a massive shout out to Karen who has been outstanding with her communication and warm charming care of myself as a customer, she really is an asset to MCR facing customers.
I need to buy them some chocolates and get them over.
