3 stars for me! Went in for some trainers for my daughter. Found the ones she wanted to so asked a member of staff for help. Fella on the dot with a scanner was very grumpy! He got another member of staff to get the shoes. This took 19 minutes! Way to long the store was dead! Fella came out with the shoes so she could try them on he was mega helpful indeed! I just thought the staff where very little customer service focused on there and couldnt be bothered! Not the worse experience on the Croft but not the best! Time to improve!

Staff unhelpfull can't be arsed to help you. Only got 3 stars because it is not expensive . Customer service does count. Was made to feel they didn't want to be bothered by you . Not nice service .

3 stars for me! Went in for some trainers for my daughter. Found the ones she wanted to so asked a member of staff for help.
Fella on the dot with a scanner was very grumpy! He got another member of staff to get the shoes.
This took 19 minutes! Way to long the store was dead!

I just thought the staff where very little customer service focused on there and couldnt be bothered! Not the worse experience on the Croft but not the best! Time to improve!
