Excellent products but disappointed with service from staff. Condescending attitude. Some select customers offered champagne others not. Spent nearly 600 and offer of refreshment was an afterthought when questioned. Left a sour note.

Worst customer service. They are not interested in selling. I ended up buying a bag but didnt feel like I got the treatment you should get with a luxury brand. Mulberry is lucky their brand is keeping them alive. Would never visit this branch again. Not one staff is interested in doing their job. They just stand around.

Lea served me. She is so kind and conscientious. Offered me and my friend coke and champagne whilst the other shop staff ignored me. Lea was just standing by the door, doing her job well and looking out for customers who needed help. Ive been wanting a belted Bayswater for ages but just couldnt find a combination of a colour and leather texture I liked. Decided to come to Cheshire oaks for the first time today and found one in rust with contrasting white stitches. Thank you, Lea! You make my experience at mulberry so much more pleasant.
