        The service and staff are excellent. However, if you forget your appointment time, not date just the time. Then no where can you find it!!! No one knows except the nurse taking your blood. Not your surgery nor the countess, nore stanney lane clinic phone number because it is a voice recording which tells you to call the countess. I tried going back in to the appointment page also tried the NHS app with my NHS number and appointment page. Nothing nowhere or cant get anyone to tell me. Dont forget your appointment time. Because its broken to review, no txt or email either once booked.???

        The phone number is wrong. that phone number is for the clinic on hope farm. They moved and took their phone number with them. No idea why.
