        Rude girl who works there has customer service skills of a brick. What is meant to be an exciting experience picking up your first ever pram was ruined by 1 individual, to get screamed at in the middle of a shop laughed at, and spoken down to was utterly shocked by my experience here. To get a text message apology, I mean not really good enough after the ordeal we had. Would not recommend anyone to shop here, pay the extra at another merchant its not worth the hassle.

        Fantastic shop, fantastic customer service. Really knowledgeable and happy to share this with you without pressure or expectation. Highly recommend as buying a pram unseen and online is not ideal. Here, you can browse and still get a great deal!

        Such a lovely independent shop for doll and real baby prams. My mum and I popped in whilst pram searching and fell in love with a silver cross one. Whilst we didnt buy the same day as needed to check out what's on offer and we could of got same pram from chain stores we came back here from Chester to buy it the next day as the girl working there had been so helpful and lovely.
