        Phoenix Rentals have managed my property for 5 years. Over the last year they upscaled which led to a few minor teething problems. This transition is now over and the results are hugely positive. The current team at PR provide the support I need as a 'hands off', remote landlord. In recent months, they have proven themselves highly efficient and have pro-actively brought my property up to the latest regulatory standards demanded by local authorities. The whole team deserves credit, especially Daniel who has been the key to improving communication. I have given them 5 stars for their renewed enthusiasm & energy over the last 6 months.
