Just awful. Had items on preorder since July. Phoned, messaged and emailed multiple times. Answered the phone but they never responded to my written communication. Every phone call was just another excuse as to why they couldn't send the items and each time was different. My advice to anyone reading this is to keep well away. If buying from them is your last resort, pay on PayPal or credit card. If its PayPal put a reminder in your phone to demand a refund 170 days after payment (they have a dispute limit of 180 days) and keep your credit card company informed as you will need to claim the money back. A con in the truest sense.

Despite the poor reviews I had a great experience, purchased a Neca ED-209 toy and found the price the most competitive. Ordered on 25th January and it arrived through Royal Mail on 30th January. I did have correspondence with the seller although, I would have preferred to see a phone number in the message input contact us section. Seller provided a tracking number which allowed me to verify despatch confirmation and gave me peace of mind! Excellent seller, fast delivery, email notification, genuine products at awesome prices. Very happy with this transaction, thank you.

Pre-ordered a figure, which inevitably didn't arrive for months, then checked the website and it wasn't even shown anymore! When I eventually got a reply I was not given any explanation, just told I could have another item. They quite happily took my money but never had the decency to tell me the item was never available! I did receive an alternative figure eventually, but it was cheaper and I didn't get the difference back. Avoid.
