        Went to book a holiday we'd seen online and they were cheaper. Lovely helpful staff. Looking forward to the holiday! Recommended

        Went in to organise a surprise holiday for my other half and it felt abit of a rushed atmosphere sadly. I had a price in mind however was flexible on pricing as from experience I paid around 800 to go to Spain so those were my expectations. I wanted to take time to discuss where I wanted to go and get some advice from "the experts" and some lovely ideas. For me to be there for literally 5 minutes... Felt very rushy. The lady insisted she would take my details (email address) and told me she would email me with some ideas of destinations and haven't heard anything back since so on the basis of customer service it really wasn't the best experience at all so I will just stick with TUI as usual.

        What fantastic service i recieved from the moment I entered the shop I was greeted with a smile. Lauren and Emma were amazing there a credit to the company Lauren was very helpfull and patient with me nothing was too much for her she helped me find the right holiday within my budget. I will definitely recommend perfect getaways to my friends and family. Thanks again Lauren and Emma
