Helen on ward 17 was absolutely amazing at her job, not only in how she treated the patients but also the visitors. She went above and beyond!

Took daughter to have an embedded earring removed and she was beyond terrified (terrified of drs, hospitals etc) and they went above and beyond to settle her and sort it out.. the lovely man has totally helped with her fears and phobia. Thank you so much

Absolutely one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Was left dehydrated and ignored for 3 days and was pumped with medication and not aware of what was going on. And conveniently hospital letters were not sent to my gp until 3 weeks later absolutely disgusting. I was asking for the toilet and was getting told to get on a bed and get in the room on a trolley absolutely disgusting left for 72 hours in a traumatic place also pregnant aswell.. had all my rights taken away from me as a human being
