SHAKES & CAKES

Ordered 2 hours ago got told it was on its way an hour ago and still hasnt arrived and I only live 15 minutes away I called twice and the guy just said it was on its way and hung up and then they wont answer now when trying to call again

Ordered chocolate scoop ice cream. It was freezer burnt, and must be the cheapest brand of ice cream they could find.. Would definitely not recommend this establishment.

its the 27th/Tuesday 21:00pm as im writing this is we order from here all the time, never any problems, however, i called up just now to alter my order, asking for strawberries that are in my order on the side, and was met with what i can only describe as the worst customer service ever, i called up and asked and was met with ok and the phone abruptly put down on me!? how bloody rude, drivers area always so nice youd think the people who work in the store would be too, guess not

Got jammie cake with ice cream, on putting ice cream on top of cake, found a black hair, i phoned an told him an his answer was, i don't know how it got there,... as if I would eat that, won't be going there again,...
