This practice seems to change it's Google page regularly, presumably to remove negative reviews, so here it is again. I have made numerous complaints to this practice due to them recording non medical and defamatory comments on my permanent medical records, some made by receptionists and non medical staff. They have also shared this incorrect information with other agencies without my consent. I made a free subject access request to obtain my records and was horrified by what I found, if you're a patient here I would suggest doing the same. They removed me from their list at the start of the covid 19 outbreak as I made a complaint to them. This was despite my status as extremely vulnerable and shielding at the time leaving me with no medical care and making it almost impossible to register elsewhere due to the pandemic.
