        Woman who works there is rude and ignorant. She was going to refuse a wool dress I had put into the bag simply because it had picked up fluff for other clothes in the bag. I asked her what was wrong with it, she said it was dirty. I then showed her it was brand new, never worn with the tgs still on. She said nothing and moved it onto the scale. I honest hate going there. Charity shop will get my clothes next time.
