Been going here for over 12 years now with Grandchildren of different ages. Hadnt been for a while, covid etc. I was made up to see they still had one of the settees, which both me & my Husband find comfortable (being old, lol). It still is the nicest soft play area around. We feel safe letting the kiddies run from one section to another without worrying where they are. It all feels safe & secure. The food is nice. Its kept nice & clean too. Yes, it can sometimes feel a tad cold but it does warm up. All in all a fab place and will continue to take our youngest Grandchildren there. Staff are nice & accommodating too.

Where to begin!!! First off I will start by saying that the young girls that work there do a fantastic job with how they come across when theyre working. And to then complaining on Facebook about the state of the food that they served to my children. That resulted in them deleting the comment, and therefore I left a review on their Facebook page which they then replied to the comment but then blocked me straight after so it looks like Ive just been put in my place. But when you pre-cook pizza, then when you go to recook it and throw cheese on top of it when you go to heat it up and the pizza is burnt, but the cheese is not cooked then Im going to make sure that everybody knows how disgusting the food is in there. Stay well clear place gone down hill since being taken over. Woman who runs it always defensive on socials so looking forward to seeing the reply to this!!!!

I think this soft play is the Best in wirral. 6 for 2hours play and kids seperated by ages what i did really like. Play area is clean . They serve food but play area not stinks of food like somewhere else- we will try them brekis next time as it's not looks too oily. Defo be back xx
