Friendly guy's. Walked in told the guy's what I wanted, a new washing machine, great price, delivered within a couple of hours. Took the stress out of having to go to Chester or Bromborough.

Bought a washer/dryer to be delivered on Friday and I forgot about bank holiday Monday and was wondering why it wasn't delivered but Port Appliances got in touch with me the next day and I had it here by that afternoon. Delivery men were nice and the washer has been working great and it was an amazing price. Will be buying again in the future. Thanks!

Bought a cooker from port appliances the grill stop working phoned them up within the hour they came out and repaired the cooker 5 star after service thanks highly recommended

Terrible place, went into the Poole Hall one on a Sunday morning, I'd seen a reconditioned range cooker and we'd agreed on the price. The range cooker was supposed to be supplied and fitted on the Monday morning, when it hadn't turned up and I didn't receive a call I phoned them up to see wat was going on, I was told the door had been damaged and would need changed,they had a spare door that they could replace it with and since it was there fault they'd deliver it on the Tuesday early morning for when I finished work at between 5 and 6 am,I thought this was great service, little did I know that they had lied to me, didn't even bother contacting me and didn't turn up with the cooker, totally let down by this company, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, stay away from them people x
