Over priced, aggressive attitude when spoken to in regards to the extra 40 they wanted on top of the QUOTED price, ( for a bolt they said had sheered ) eventually got the keys and paid the original quote that was agreed after an embarrassing and unnecessary confrontation. Wont be going back there again

I don't usually feel motivated enough to leave reviews, but this time, I had to. 12.30pm. A tyre as flat as it can be. Screw right on the edge, giving no chance of repairing. I need the car to go back home. The specific tyre is not in stock, but you know what?... It's not the end of the world. With good will, flexibility, and the right attitude, all is workable. The tyre would be available the morning after. Oh well... it is what it is. Deep breath, don't stress out. Life's too short. A colleague from work recommended this garage. That gives you some confidence to start with. Now I know why. This is the place. David is the man, and I couldn't fault any part of the process. 8.50am my car was parked outside the garage, ready to go. Polite, professional, trustworthy. Could I get it cheaper?... Maybe, but I am not sure I would have the car sorted this quick and if people would be as nice as these guys. Keep smiling! It helps a lot. Highly recommended.
