        These are very good, friendly groups with a consultant who knows his stuff. He answers your questions honestly and imformatively, giving explanations of how and why. He is friendly and supportive, fun and also caring. The room is set out well, there is a slimming world shop and also an information desk. I am disabled and everyone in the group is caring and supportive towards me and everyone else, and best of all we gave FUN. Xx

        I joined again after going for such a long time off and on. When I heard we were getting a new consultant Craig, I was positive thinking its a new start for Craig and Ill make it a fresh start for me. Going there I felt on track and positive, Craig is a breath of fresh air, has turned the group around and is brilliant, the group is funny and he certainly knows his stuff. Seeing Craig has lost so much weight has made me visualise what I need. I have lost 1 stone in 3 weeks and am still determined to carry on. Thanks Craig youre a star.
