This used to be a really good health centre. I have a history of heart problems and used to be seen by a doctor regularly to monitor my health. Its impossible to see a doctor now and I get the feeling that Im not important anymore. Lots of chairs in the waiting room with nobody in them I really think that the NHS dont care about people this really isnt acceptable when everything else after covid is back to normal. I will be looking into moving surgery.and the receptionists think that they are doctors. Also they are very rude

My mum was having a serious nose bleed and as the doctors was the closest place to us. We thought it best to go here. They completely refused to even look at my mum. And said that all the nurses and doctors were busy in a meeting and are refusing to see anyone. This is our normal doctors as well, it's not like they didn't know who we were. But whatever meeting was going on they were happy to just let my mum bleed out for it. It blows my mind that a doctor's surgery can claim to be open but not have a single doctor or nurse available if someone actually needs help.

This is a very good local health centre It offers the full range of GP services and additional support services such as blood tests, flu innoculations and diabetic reviews. The surgery is very good at keeping in contact with patients to remind them of appointments and review dates.

Getting an appointment is extremely difficult yet whenever you arrive in the waiting room, it's virtually deserted. You get the feeling there are only a couple of GP locums based there and the impression is that it's probably closing down.
