ATM (Post Office)

This branch overall runs fine, but there is a female member of staff Sarah that usually sits on the bureau de change counter. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacks in customer service skills/manners. The rest of the staff are friendly and provide a good service. Having spoke to others in the area, they too have noticed/experienced the female staff member's behaviour. It's appalling! I prefer to use the branch further down the road for this reason. Good customer service and manners go a long way...

Literally a god send! Stressed out over DVLA they helped from the moment I called them to the minute I walked into their branch, so helpful!! And even gave me a chocolate bar for my birthday!!! I would highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future! Keep up the good work

I'm posting here with regard to a negative review regarding "a female member of staff". I've been using this post office for many years and the only female member of staff who generally works at the foreign exchange window, has been serving me for a long time, she's never less than friendly and helpful. The negative review seems to me to be unnecessarily over the top not to say vindictive, which makes me think that there may well be an ulterior motive behind it, as the staff member in question has been more or less singled out. Should the negative review refer to another female staff member that I'm unaware of, then I apologise to the reviewer. The staff at this post office have always been extremely helpful and efficient and since the change of ownership, even more so, if that's possible.
