        They sold me a nice lap top on ebay in April during the covid pandemic so the communication was bad. The problem was the battery never worked. I am just going to buy another battery myself now. I think it was still a good deal.

        I bought a lap top a couple of years ago if these guys and my lap top is still like new.. the staff are friendly and very helpful. Excellent service.

        I bought a second hand iMac from Carbon IT and have never looked back. GREAT service, great back up and it does what it says on the tin. It is so good I had to buy my Brother one for his Birthday.

        Please AVOID this company!!!! 1st laptop the screen failed. Replaced it with a new laptop. This failed, however they are refusing to accept it is faulty, even though we have an independent witness. They have my money and my laptop.
