        BAG BROKE AFTER 4 WEEKS - brought the bag back as believed it was a reputable brand. Staff were extremely rude and took advantage of the situation claiming they couldn't do anything. After looking at consumer rights and explaining my rights to them they eventually capitulated to a replacement. Even after a replacement they continued to dispute and we're continously rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! BOTH THE FEMALE MANAGERS I DEALT WITH HAD AWUFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !
