        Had a 5000 booking in March 2020 which was cancelled by the pandemic. The airline refunded my flights to avaiate management in july 2020. My travel agents the flights guru have been really good trying to help me get my refund but 3 years later aviate management are still holding onto the money. I've emailed twice but they don't respond. I called in july 2022 and was told I would be called back by the finance officer but they never called. I tried calling again today but was stuck listening to a song for an hour before giving up. Scam company. Avoid!!
