John was absolutely brilliant with us, proper old school. I left a message on his Moby as he was on a job. He rang me as soon as hed finished and managed to fit us in late afternoon, After explaining the symptoms of what was wrong with both appliances, within an hour hed sorted them both out and neither job was pleasant !!! An honest man with fair charges, prompt service and a pleasure to have in your home when things go wrong. These guys were very professional, came out very quickly. Gave me an honest opinion on my washer/dryer. Very polite and informative. My washer/dryer couldn't be repaired as the bearings had gone.
