TUI Holiday Superstore

We went in and didnt know what we were really looking for , but Lauren was amazing she managed to sort out the perfect destination for all our need and had the patients of a saint . Really good service and all in all Lauren was amazing .

Brilliant service been in store a few times numerous emails and phone calls about booking a wedding nothing was too much to ask, initially spoke to Helen before we spoke with Hollie. Hollie was very knowledgeable and had been to the area we where looking to book also pointing us towards the managers who had been to the hotel we had booked. If you are looking to book a holiday wedding etc ask for hollie or Helen when you book.

Customer experience brilliant, staff very welcoming, helpful and very knowledgable about our long haul destination, resort and hotels. So much better to discuss a holiday with humans than booking online. We will definitely be using the Cheshire Oaks TUI store in the near future to book another holiday. Thanks for the great service ladies.

If I could give this superstore minus 10, then I would. Six staff at the front desk, zero help. I had to ask for a brochure/advice on a holiday to Italy....one out of six staff responded...no, don't be silly, scan a QR code or go online. I left the shop in disgust. In my opinion, there is no point in the superstore, or the staff. Message to the team at the Coliseum shopping park, can we please have a shop that is actually useful?
