The vendor does not see all the offers, they do not send the offer to the seller because they issue opinions themselves. Very bad service never again KT lost time.

Two weeks ago I decided to put my house on the market to sell. I can only give praise Karl Tatler estate agents as they got it on the market in less than a week and found me a buyer. They were excellent. Karla and the team were really professional and Karla updated me every step of the way. The photographs Rachel complete were exceptional and Linda kept me updated with the viewing schedule. Honestly what could be a very stressful experience they made very easy. I couldnt recommend them enough if you are thinking of buying or selling your property. Thank you Karla and the team. Paul.

Very happy with the service we have received from Karl Tatler. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help or answer queries. They were able to secure many viewings, a few offers, then finally a sale. Up until now we have dealt mostly with Matt and he has been amazing! Would recommend using this company to buy or sell!
