Yankee Candle

Brilliant for candle lovers and bargain hunters My partner is a huge fan of Yankee candles so it was a must that we visit this shop whilst in Cheshire Oaks - everywhere you look there is different scents and product types including reed diffusers and wax melts to keep you interested. Theres some brilliant offers in store and the member of staff who dealt with us was lovely and friendly, very smiley which always adds to the experience. Definitely a must visit whether its for yourself or for a gift.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I wanted to try before I buy as the candles often smell different whilst being burnt so I brought in some matches in and lit one THE STAFF LOATHED THIS I was instantly removed my husband went back I complaining the whole shop was a fire hazard WILL BE GOING TO B&M NEXT TIME

Usually a nice store but was served tonight be a very rude lady, was very rude to me when i asked a question, then she said to a customer after being asked a question im closing in a minute it was ten mins before the store shut. And didnt make eye contact once when putting my purchase through. Shut the door while we were in the shop and kept looking at us and over customers witch made us feel uncomfortable and a few people left without purchasing what theyd picked up, again this was ten mins before it was meant to close. Should of had her weetabix! Shame as we used to be regular customers. (6th of Aug at 8:50pm) dark hair and glasses.
