        Quite a difficult block to find, as it looks like there is an alleyway with a dead end. You turn left at the end of the alley and then right again and Sandrock apartments are then in front. There is a car park with a spot for each tenant. With a children's nursery to the left of (when looking at) Sandrock, there are sometimes issues with parents picking up or dropping off kids. The building is a little dated, but not bad. The 2 bed flats are on OK size, but the second bedrooms aren't big enough for double beds and standard bedroom furniture. There is a large communal garden to the rear, which will get the sun all day long.
