I usually like this store and the staff are normally quite pleasant however today there were 4 young girls working (use that term loosely), standing behind the counter all on their phones. One of them ended up serving the people infront of me however I was stood behind them waiting and the girls remained on their phones talking to each other. They weren't very interested in doing their job, not sure if it's because the shop is closing (?), but didn't reflect well on the store. Also not sure why dogs are allowed in, it was heaving with little room to navigate the shop and then you've got to avoid standing on dogs
