My kid was scared so I went in the slide to help them out but got stuck had to send hubby to asda to get lard to rub all over me to get out won't recommend if your like me and weigh 39 stone

Disappointing. Visited with my almost 2 year old. The under 4's area was poor; Made up of a baby/toddler fenced off area that was very sparse, nothing stimulating just a handful of old baby toys that had no batteries. Then a small climbing frame area, however the steps were far to big for even my very agile little girl to climb. Also had some worn out soft play blocks. If coming for this area I wouldn't bother when other local facilities are better. The main play area was ok but quite grotty. Lots a pieces seemed worn out and had big parts missing, and not a huge amount to interact with. Also quite grubby and dirty, we found multiple used tissues, food wrappers and hair accessories (we only arrived 15 minutes after opening so would have expected in to be clean) Overall found the experience disappointing and my little one asked to leave after an hour. Normally have to drag her out of a soft play kicking and screaming. Only positive I have is it was very cheap

Took my two children with their friend here on Saturday. After 30 minutes of playing my 3 year old son was attacked by another child who pinned him to the floor strangled him scratched and bitten his neck, Iv never herd him scream like that! Staff approached family of the child to apologise no apology from the child. Was informed by family child has behaviour problems sons neck is badly marked and he is still talking about it. Its affected him badly had to ask for a incident form as hes starting school with strangulation marks and also would need one if he had to go to hospital. Management offered free play session which I refused and requested a refund. After leaving and having time to reflect. I dont know why this child was aloud to continue to carry on playing. This child if left unattended could do some severe harm to another child! I feel like the whole situation was dealt with very badly and we didnt get our follow up phone call either to check on my son. I wouldnt recommend this soft play as a safe environment for any child to be playing in. We left very upset, intimidated by the family involved and felt the whole situation was not dealt with well.
