Goodfellas All Occasions

Had my daughters 30th birthday over the late May Bank Holiday weekend 2019 and got balloons and various other table decorations and badges from Goodfellas. My daughter loved them all and the folks at Goodfellas even opened the shop on Bank Holiday Monday to make sure I picked up everthing on the day. Could not fault the service and the definitely went the extra mile. I had used them them before for my wifes 50th and chuffed with the service and value for money. Martin Stanley

1 star is way too many for this awful place. Personally attacked by the poor excuse of a cashier accusing me of not being a decent parent because I wouldn't stand outside in the cold with my very distressed 1 year old child whilst she refused to refund my friend for a faulty item, wouldn't even offer an exchange. Absolutely disgusting service.

Terrible service NO customer service and sellibg cheap goods. Purchased faulty goods and wouldnt refund on them. AVOID!

Bought a costume on Wednesday for a party on Saturday. I was not allowed to try it on in the shop (had to eyeball it) then when I got it home realised it didn't fit. Tried to return it Friday (with most of the costume still sealed in the packet unopened) and was told no refund or exchange as per the policy in the window. Checked window and no mention of return policy to be seen. I appreciate that people might try and return stuff they've just worn once but this clearly wasn't the case. Very disappointed, and would recommend going elsewhere as I'm 35 down and still no costume.
