        Shocking service, luke was sat day dreaming whilst repeatedly replying yup, yup to all of my problems and then, on multiple occasions used a passive aggressive tone towards me whilst speaking loudly borderline shouting all whilst there where multiple other customers who could hear how I was being treated and after Luke had stormed off, asked me if he really was speaking to me the way he did Worst customer service experience I have ever had won't use this store again and will leave Tesco mobile immediately once my contract has ended To add they pick and choose their closing hours and will not hesitate to push you off to the manufacturer to resolve your problem

        I was looking at changing my contract with Vodafone, decided to go to Tesco mobile, the switch couldn't be more simple, I picked the contract I wanted rang Vodafone and asked for the pac code, they tried to talk me through staying with them, they couldn't match the new deal that I was getting with Tesco anyway I switched to Tesco mobile and I kept my old number,it was very easy to do it was switched in about 8 hours, great service from Tesco,.
