My wife and I had excellent experience with this branch. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in showing us around the property we wished to buy. We had to complete our move quickly and requested several viewings for ourselves and our builder and every time someone was available. Also when we had to request information from the vendors. Overall we highly appreciate the assistance we received and can recommend them.

We rented a property via Clive Watkins. Abigayle and Jessica were both incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They worked quickly to progress our application and the overall process was straightforward and efficient.

I would give 0 if I could. I put an offer in last year for a house on Athol close, that was massively over-priced as house across the road was sold 50k less a couple of months back. However, we did not offer anything less but the asking price. The agency lied over and over advising that they couldnt get a hold of the owner as he lived abroad. A week later I spoke to another agent who said its not the case that they cant get a hold of the owner but he wanted to leave the property on the market for longer to see if he gets a better offer. Horrible communication and lies after lies. It stopped us from looking at other properties for a whole week. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this agency. We ended up selling and buying through Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. They were absolutely brilliant.
