Used annual leave to attend an eye test that was booked online, only to arrive at the Opticians to be told that the appointment had been cancelled at their end. Branch had tried to call to inform me of this, but my phone doesn't accept calls from withheld numbers. The employee stated that her phone is set up the same, so maybe someone could have used some common sense and text or called from a different number that isn't withheld? Disappointing to say the least. I paid for parking, travelled to the destination, and took the day to get my eyes tested. It speaks volumes for the customer service levels, and the incompetence of the staff. I'll be using other opticians in the future, not Boots Opticians.

An absolute disgrace two appointments cancelled in a space of a week due to no optician being available Boots needs to sort out their staffing issues, have resulted to going else where really disappointed with the service

I took my daughter to Boots opticians in pyjamas square had a eye test. They said she needed glasses and she took the recommendation of the pair glasses and I paid extra 10.10 for them. After we went home my daughter look at the picture I took which she have the pair glasses on. She doesnt like it and the dad said she will be picked on in school with these glasses on . I phoned the Boots explained to the girl I would like change my order, this happened 10 minutes after placed the order. She said its the company policy once you placed the order you will not able to change it or cancel it, And the glasses has been making in the factory right now. And I said to her I would not picking up the glasses because my daughter doesnt like it she said its fine. I am shock! She didnt even try to make an effect to ask the manager to do something. Because they can claim the voucher on behalf of my daughter, this is not fair for her . No customer service! BOOTS have the opportunity to adjust my order, however they chose not to. The service I have received Absolutely appalling, I want my money back if possible which I doubted. The company puts their profit in front of people healthy care. I wish I didnt go into the shop yesterday!

Never again will came to this place apart of waiting always more than 20mns to be seen only to came 1time 5mns latte they could not see me expkaining to them i have to make a sacrifice to get here got cancer and other isues ..never the ladt i will never get back here again

i gave my glasses back as started to experiance double vision, even after the lenses were redone double vision on bothe pairs. spoke to customer service and i have heard nothing off them for months. but my old glasses no D V? They said store manager would contact me? still waiting
