        I cannot thank the 2 members of your Cheshire oaks team today, I think one may have been the store manager, I'm not sure and unfortunately didn't get either of their names. I bought the lotus ring back in November and absolutely adored it but unfortunately the colour on the opal completely went within a month (I did take care of it properly as I have other opal items) and I had a chip in the stone, I honestly thought I would go in and would be told there would be nothing they could do, I was wrong, they let me exchange the item as I had the 2 year guarantee, all with amazing customer service and extremely helpful, I couldn't fault them. People don't praise retail staff enough, you should be proud of this store and staff, I regularly visit and they're always all amazing.
