This was always my charity shop of choice! I donated a lot of stuff here and came in quite often for a little mooch round but don't think I will be coming again. On my last visit there was a homeless man outside begging, while I was in the shop he came in and very politely asked the ladies behind the counter if he could pay a coat off over a few days as he was homeless and cold...he was told no! My son (10) was horrified and asked me to go home and get some of his dad's clothes for the man but instead me and some other ladies who were in the shop bought various items for the man. Awful... I asked why they couldn't just give him a coat, it's cold and he needed it and they said management said they're not allowed to do this, all items must be paid for by the end of the day. It's a shame, I thought charity shops were meant to be in aid of those who need help, obviously not this one.
