Truly Scrumptious

Tried a roast dinner from here. Firstly an hour late with no communication it will be late but that didnt bother me as the driver was polite with apologies. However, the beef was black in colour and not from burning, discoloured. The roast potatoes soggy right through, carrot and turnip like drinkable. Honestly upset, spent 9 and all i could eat was the mash and gravy. Very disappointed and wont be ordering again from here.

Chefs are clueless. poor hygiene practices. Wont be eating here again. Food slapped together just to get out the door. Beans also come cold when i waited for the food to be made so am guessing they wasnt even heated up in the first place went back wasnt even offered a refund when I returned food.

Ordered sausage and egg on toast got home and it was bacon with what look like warm bread would never order from there again evan the dog didn't eat it

I ordered online on their website from the hoylake road location, waited 35 minutes no food, rang up the number on the website to be blanked then got a call back to say that wasn't their number but some random man's number instead, finally find their number on Google rang up ordered food and milkshakes.... The milkshakes were the only good part I was absolutely fuming when I got home to find the toast on my sausage on toast was the crust end of the loaf!!!! The sausage was not cooked properly rather just cut in half and pressed in the pan for 10 mins parts are pink other parts are black, I don't ever leave reviews but I'm so unhappy with my order I'm still starving as I can't eat what I've just paid for
