TUI Holiday Store

We have just booked a holiday to Turkey in the Birkenhead branch with Michael. After a pretty bad experience with TUI in another branch last year we are so glad we decided to give it another go. Michael was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. He put my mind at ease about some of the things I was anxious about and was just a really nice guy in general. Thank you so much Michael! Already a much better experience to the start of the holiday process than last year and we hope you get recognised for this!! X

We recently booked a family holiday to Kos. Louise was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to find the perfect holiday that matched our requirements. We have two young children so Louise found a selection of family friendly options for us that were within our budget including suitable flights to work around the kids. I can't recommend Louise and the staff in this store enough. It's the second time I've booked a holiday via Louise and it won't be our last as she makes it so simple and stress free for us. We appreciate the great customer service and can't wait until our holiday now!!

We recently went into Tui Birkenhead very anxious after such a bad holiday experience last year. We sat with Louise who listened to everything we wanted and didnt want in a holiday. She asked lots of questions about things we hadnt even thought about. Louise found the most incredible holiday for us, it literally ticks every single box and more! We are so excited! Cannot recommend Tui Birkenhead enough and especially Louise!

Great service from this store! Had a problem with my seats and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Went into store and spoke to a Woman called Anita who was super friendly and chatty and helped me very quickly. Couldn't recommend this store and Anita enough. Thank you again! x

Excellent customer service. Would like to thank louise and Michael for all there all there help they gave us with our checking in process and double checking all our details were correct and also taking their time to look through excursions with us and find the right one that suited us. I would highly recommend both louise and Michael as nothing was to much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to help us with out with a day trip we was having trouble sorting out before we spoke to them and we left the store with a wonderful family excursion booked.
