Dont use machine 16. The staff say it works but it doesnt. When you complain that your clothes are still damp after putting the machine on for extra time, youre told its your fault for over filling the machine when nobody saw you fill the machine in the first place. All of the other dryers (bar the two that the staff have conceded are broke) have dried my clothes fine. When I complained, the staff member said there was nothing they could do except give me the managers contact number. Called but no one picked up. Texted, and finally got limited responses until they stopped replying altogether after blaming me for the clothes still being damp.
