        Visited here regularly, staff are great, really friendly, professional and excellent with the residents. Standard of care is excellent and there are nice personal touches such as a residents shop.

        Very few permanent staff. Too many agency staff. How can you give consistent patient centred care when you never see the same staff more than once? Seems suspicious that they can't keep staff.
