Dont expect your loved one to get a regular time slot. Clients appear to be moved like pawns on a chess board. Time slots changed overnight so planning your day is impossible. Management are aware yet nothing happens. Caters arent given travel time so they cant possibly give the full 30 minutes or they have to work longer hours to fulfill every clients needs. Premier Care seem to have too few staff to cater for the increasing number of clients they are taking on.

absolutely rubbish. as a result of their negligence my nan can no longer live independently and has ended up in a care home which also reduces the amount of time she can spend with her family due to restrictions on visiting hours. Well done Premier Care for taking away the most important things in my nans life, her freedom and her family

Unfortunately this company looks after my mother at the moment.. Im currently looking to replace them.. After serval calls to head office complaining about the care my mum is receiving... I had no feed back or response to my concerns.

Our mother, Irene, is being cared for by Premier Care at the moment and I can't fault the quality of the care she is getting. A special mention to Emma and Sarah and Helen. Guys we can't thank you enough. Sandra, Karen and Joanne.

premier care really have not got a clue. they employ substandard shoddy staff who are unfit to look after our vulnerable family members. They use the pandemic as an excuse for everything when there are plenty of companies that have been able to overcome these issues. Hazel, the manager speaks to you in a disgusting tone and likes to make out that the family are the ones in the wrong, when in fact, its premier care, out for profit not for care
