Placed an order overnight for delivery of breakfast goods. Milk, bread, sausages etc... order was accepted for delivery this morning. I am disabled with mobility issues and can't just nip out to the shop, so usually plan ahead like this. The woman at this shop just decided, without calling me or emailing me or try to contact me in anyway whatsoever, she just decided, on her own, that because the order was placed around midnight, that it was a mistake. She didn't offer to rectify it, she just kept restating why she, without consultation, cancelled my order, leaving me at home without my breakfast, milk and sugar. And of course, I'll be out the cost of this order until my refund comes through.
