Reckon these times are difficult, but being rude to your customers is unreasonable. Opening times are a joke (whatever you see online, forget about it, never correct). I went myself several occasions, as well as my wife. The guy (guess the owner) will not pick up the phone too busy if you are trying to figure when this shop is actually open, and if you manage to get there , to end up hearing an arrogant bloke say he will not take the job.
Found already another provider and booked an appointment online, easy and simple. That money is going somewhere else. Good luck to those prospective customers. Repeat this business is a joke!
