I've just left this practice because for two months running, they have not 'processed' my prescription request. Which interrupted medical care. The last but one turned up three weeks later. Where had it been? I requested a prescription before I transferred to give the new surgery time to process paperwork and on receiving it, half of what I needed was not there. I had to ring 111 for an emergency prescription. The last time I got an appointment for a doctor I ended up seeing a Physician's assistant, who was actually a nurse. She said she would have to speak to the doctor to discuss a diagnosis and got the diagnosis five hours later by phone from a clerk. What a fiasco. So glad I've moved.

I have been a patient at this practice for 18 years and I have never known it as bad as the service is now, NOT BY the doctors or practitioners but in the flawed systems and arrogance of certain members of the administration team. Trying to get through on the phone is near on impossible and the e-consult is patchy at best. There is never anyone at reception when you go in and its such a shame as I used to have a lot of faith in them but seriously considering changing practice as I have asked to speak to someone on 3 occasions now about my treatment surrounding health concerns and not once has anyone got back in touch

The last 2-3 years (21-23) has seen a significant drop in quality of service. I blame financial pressures ( cuts - so called 'efficiencies') by central government. The staff are massively overloaded, are constantly hassled and it comes through on phone calls and enquiries. If you vote Tory this is what you get after 12 years. As doctor Coppock said to me before she retired 'the world has gone mad' meaning the unworkable booking system and more. Boris Johnson and his cronies have left a mess, but they don't care.

I've been a patient at this practice for 54 years. I can't fault the team of today. They have looked after me excellently. Thank you to everyone at the surgery.
