        Been a customer for 10 years and never fails to surprise me that the staffs customer care is excellent. They don't push or go for the hard sell and will often be honest about cheaper ranges or refurbished stock which might better suit your needs. The company has never got away from the rumours of extortionate prices. But the fact remains that they price match with argos and your items are fully covered for damage, theft etc for the entire period you pay for them. For people on a budget I would highly recommend them for high end quality goods as they offer a realistic affordable payment plan and reward loyalty with their customers.
