From the receptionist to the dentist and his assistant. I can not thank them enough for an emergency treatment Saturday 4/6/22.

When I said I hot stomach aches for a month, asked is that it? Suggested appointment in few weeks with gp, or go to walk in centre arrow park hospital, there is no appointment in weekdays, no chance to see your gp, unless you should tell you got broken legs arms or dying

I've been with this practice for 30 years. It used to be very friendly, helpful personable and efficient. It's lost its way by becoming too large. As an example I saw a patient at reception who said that he was confused and lost. He was 65. You could feel his pain and embarrassment. The receptionist bluntly said we haven't got any appointments but I can give you a phone consultation in 3 weeks time! The guy didn't understand. He was suffering from something like dementia. He was alone, nobody to help him, very disorientated. The receptionist treated him like dirt. No compassion or empathy. That's what this practice is like now. Where are the doctors? It's always empty! Are they working from home just doing phone consultations? Don't join this practice if you've just moved here. Look elsewhere. I am going to. By the way I'd have given zero stars if I could have. One more thing it takes 30 mins to get thru by phone. I was 36 in line, the queue to be heard. What private company could exist if it treated its clients that way?
