Literally no point going to a bricks and mortar store anymore. Got offered a 20 sim only deal for 24 months in store, whilst there found a 7.99 12 month deal. Wouldnt match. Left empty handed

I visited yesterday and wanted to settle my contract. Chad stepped in to assist me but the minute I said I wanted to get out of a contract, I was given the cold shoulder almost immediately and was told he couldnt do it because I had missed payments yet Ive never had any issues with payments and have always paid them. He then proceeded to show me the screen and not once did it say that I had I missed payments so I dont understand. Not a nice environment in there, you feel like youre being watched and stared at.

Went into the store yesterday and all the staff were so helpful, and tried everything to get my phone working..... and it now does. Just wanted to send a massive thankyou. Dan was so patient with my lack of technical no-how. If it wasn't so far (was visiting from out of town) it would be my go to O2 shop. Thanks so much for the help
