Riverside Surgery

If everywhere else was closed as often as this place, it would be like living in Somalia. Wish everyone could have as many days of as these lot. I mean for god sake the pubs and shops are open, can get a bottle of alcohol and pack of fags. But if I wanted to speak to a doctor I have to wait a week. Thats whats wrong with this country.

They send nasty texts to have a flu jab when I had it on the 22nd October at 9.33 in the morning the NHS still sending me text to have the flu jab

I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and waited 40 minutes past my appointment time and still wasnt seen they told me I was next but then 4 people who came in 15 minutes after me was seen before me so I told them to just forget it as I have lots to do before the end of the day the reception staff didnt seem to care or remotely help me in any way just oh were behind thats it. Im all for respecting nhs staff but when no respect or care is given to me I wont tolerate it. Certainly will be looking for a more professional surgery

Havent been able to get an appointment and always being sent somewhere else as my illness and my childs were not classed as emergencies. Its frustrating to call your GP when you are in excruciating pain and get told theres nothing we can do, go somewhere else!!
