        I have never used Thompson carpets before but I will choose them again in the future. There was an issue with my order and Pete went over and above to ensure that it was sorted immediately. I can't thank Pete and his team enough for their customer care. I was really impressed and will recommend them to others

        Material used was substandard and cheap. Extremely poor workmanship. Would not recommend due to no knowledge of the trade.
