        A very rude man served me at Bromborough charity shop on Friday 28th October 2016 at midday. I purchased 2 large childrens books and asked him for a bag (which incidentally advertises Claire House Hospice) as it was raining. The man said most people carry their own shopping bags these days and I shouldnt need a plastic one. ( I said I usually do have a bag but had just returned from a trip abroad and forgotten it!). He said he himself (like most people) doesnt need a plastic bag as he puts things straight into the car...I said I was walking and it was raining. He begrudgingly handed me a carrier bag (for which I happily paid the 5p). I left angry and upset as I felt I should not have to justify myself to such an ignorant person. He had embarrassed me in front of other customers too! I will think twice before using this shop again and I will warn other people of the poor customer service!
