        Could not get through on the phone after 23 minutes gave up ( national number ? ) also tried ringing local post office no answer finally got some help from a Canadian lady at Sorting office on the Durley Estate ( Prenton)

        Royal Mail service is not what it used to be! Miss a delivery , go to the sorting office to find its only open 8-10 am and thats it! No hope for working families, how are we meant to pick up at that time when most of us have school runs and work . Not helpful at all. Then try calling Royal Mail to re deliver, phone line is terrible , crackling noise and voice recognition that because of poor line doesnt get what you say. Also why is there never a reference number left on these missed delivery cards?? Would make the whole experience a lot easier than having to call up!
